ART DIRECTOR

In this role, I managed and oversaw staff and art production for the school’s student run magazine with 100+ employees. I directed illustration and design teams and managed overall final composition of print publications. I also managed article assignment for illustrators and designers for print and digital publication and influenced design direction of each published article.
I also helped prepare and guide our team through a large shift in external printer-companies, including balancing material costs and types, reformatting of templates, and color correction for paper type differences.
